Building Solid Foundations
In 1994 at the age of 17 Mark joined Telecom (Now Telstra). For seven years he worked in a variety of marketing roles. He completed a Marketing Degree in 1999 and joined the Australian Marketing Institute where he became a Certified Practising Marketer.
For the next 10 years Mark commenced and sold various businesses predominately with consumer products. He also offered his professional marketing skills to a variety of businesses as a marketing consultant. This strong commercial background is rarely found with practising lawyers. It is what genuinely sets him apart from other lawyers.
Laying the Groundwork
In 2010 Mark took on a law degree full time, completing it with honours in three years. Admitted as a lawyer in September 2013, he began 2014 practising as a lawyer and has not looked back. He has worked with a high end boutique city firm and in a suburban practice.

Developing a niche in construction law, Mark regularly drafts and reviews construction contracts worth tens of millions of dollars. He commences and defends complex litigation in both VCAT, the County Court and the Federal Court. He often advocates in matters working as both a Barrister and Solicitor.
